Orange County Health Services-EMS Bldg Renovation

Please note: Orange County MWBE firms are encouraged to submit bid proposals for this project. Please contact Scott Clark at sclark@rdmichaels.com for access credentials needed to download the bid documents from or FTP site. There is no cost for the bid documents. This project consists of renovation of portion of the facility including new offices, conference rooms, restrooms, shower facilities, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Includes removing and replace of new roofing system, substrate and framing members. Includes new cement plaster finish at exterior walls. Will include demolish of existing interior/exterior finishes.
